Consignment FAQs
Where do I schedule my consignment appointment?
The link to schedule your consignment appointment can be found at www.lelaboutique.com
Who decides the price of my consignment items?
Our team will price all items according to fair trade value based on our expertise and knowledge of the industry.
What should I bring in?
The easiest rule of thumb when preparing for your appointment is this: think about what you are wearing this month. We are selling the season of clothing you are wearing at the moment. So don’t bring your fur coats in August, or your prom dresses in October. We do not have storage capacity to keep things “in back” until the appropriate season.
What happens if an item is lost, stolen, or damaged?
While we take great care and consideration of our shop and it's items, Lela Boutique will not be held responsible for items lost due to fire, damage, theft or any unusual circumstance.
What happens to my items at the end of the consignment season?
All unsold items are donated to an appropriate Milwaukee based charity.
How and when can I spend my store credit?
You may use the store credit balance at anytime. Additionally, when using store credit to make a purchase of either new or consignment items, you will receive a 10% discount on your entire purchase.
