In October 2003, co-owners Stephanie Sherman and Carrie Arrouet launched a fashion movement in the Historic Third Ward of Milwaukee.  Their 1,200 square foot boutique brilliantly combines carefully edited vintage with new designer collections.  Lela's cream city brick walls also house  exclusive collections from Milwaukee designer Shanel Regier.  This eclectic warehouse district that was once the center of the Italian produce trade is now home to cutting edge fashion.
